Remarks:

For business customers:
In principle, returns of unwanted goods are only possible from a product value of €50 net per replacement part.
No handling charges are incurred for returns of unwanted goods within 5 days of receipt.
If goods are returned within 6 to 30 days, we have the right to deduct 20% of the product value.
Returns are not possible beyond this period. Please note that when returning items,
the delivery date and the reporting date are generally decisive.
